OVERVIEW
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made through our website.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Our site confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the e-mail address that he will have communicated. The sale will be concluded from the validation of the payment of the order, that is to say from the date of validation of the payment for the orders paid online by credit card or from the date of receipt of the payment by check. Our site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of consultation of the site by the customer remains dependent on the state of the stock with us and of course with the suppliers.
To create our showcase and our sales catalog, we work with databases, enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database comprising more than a hundred items, not all of them are stored in our reserves and our offer is then subject to the availability of items from suppliers.
Only the definitive rupture of an article with our suppliers entails the deletion of this one from our sale offer. In other cases, a new order within a certain period remains possible.
When there is unavailability of a product ordered, the customer is informed by e-mail or on the invoice of the products shipped in the case of an order for several items.
Deadline for delivery of the order: when placing the order and on the acknowledgment of receipt of the order, a delivery deadline is communicated to the customers. It is calculated by adding the longest product availability time to the delivery time of the mode of transport selected by the customer.
From the placing of the order, to the dispatch thereof, the customer has the possibility of canceling his order.

Pre-Order Items: Upcoming items are available on our pre-order site. This reservation is made with the indication of a release date announced by the publisher at the time of the opening of the reservation phase. This release date can be changed at any time by the publisher who is solely responsible for the marketing of his product.
In all cases, from the date of final sale, to send the items to customers who have reserved, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the day of release.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
The prices indicated in euros are deemed to be net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products. They can be modified at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be invoiced on the basis in force when the order is recorded. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Our site gives you the opportunity to benefit from free shipping and delivery in France from 20 euros of purchase, however for other destinations please contact us.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
You have several means of payment offering maximum security guarantees. You can adjust:
- By bank or private card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) either directly on the site, in the payment form offered during the ordering process (secure entry by SSL encryption), by entering the type of card, the number of your card without spaces between the numbers, the control number (located on the back of your card) and the expiry date.

Payment is made at your choice on the secure banking servers of our partners. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through our site.
Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will thus be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home. The delivery time includes the manufacturing time for the prints, the preparation of the package, plus the shipping time. The buyer is informed by e-mail of the different stages of the follow-up of his order: that of preparation and that of delivery.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL
The articles supplied by our site are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and suppliers referenced.
If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
The customer must return the new or unconsumed items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice ). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, we are required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
The return shipping costs are then your responsibility.
In case of reimbursement, we guarantee that it is made within a period less than or equal to 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products to the benefit of the purchaser will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will only be carried out upon delivery and receipt of the said products by the purchaser.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Our site is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases making up this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data composing it is legally protected, and is prohibited in particular from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, representing or preserving, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means. and in any form whatsoever, all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part, of the content of the databases appearing on the site which it accesses.
ARTICLE 11: RESPONSIBILITY
The descriptions and photos of the products present in the databases of our site were entered according to the information communicated by the suppliers. We are not responsible for the content, the site cannot be held responsible with regard to the purchaser.
ARTICLE 12: ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASER
These general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
